General duty to provide information according to GDPR Article 13

Purpose of the data application
Processing and transmission of data in the context of a business relationship with customers and suppliers, including automatically generated and archived text documents (such as correspondence) in these matters. The legal basis for data processing is contract fulfilment and legal basis.

Target groups 
  1. banks for processing payment transactions
  2. legal representative in the business case
  3. tax consultants and chartered accountants
  4. courts
  5. responsible administrative authorities, in particular tax authorities
  6. contractual or business partners who are or are to be involved in the delivery or service
  7. debt collectors
  8. insurance in connection with the conclusion of an insurance contract for the delivery/service or the occurrence of the insured event
  9. Federal Statistical Institute "Statistics Austria" for the compilation of (official) statistics required by law
  10. group management of the client, suppliers, commercial customers and major customers
  11. customers (recipients of services)
 
Data collected or made available in the context of the business relationship are mainly processed, for example by e-mail, business card, contact forms, business correspondence, telephone calls or the like. In addition, data may be supplemented by information from sources that are publicly accessible (e.g. website, telephone directory, trade directories, public registers, etc.).
 
Personal data may be passed on to contract processors (cloud services, IT services) commissioned by us.
In accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, we only work with contract processors with whom we have concluded a corresponding contract and who have thus also undertaken to comply with the GDPR. 
 
The storage period of personal data is based on the existence of the respective business relationship and related rights and claims (guarantees and warranties etc.) and beyond that further 7 years according to the Federal Tax Code.

Your rights:
In principle, you have the rights (GDPR Art. 15 - 21) to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection (data protection declaration). If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
