Apply online

With the online application on our career portal you have chosen the most efficient and easiest way to apply. Click on your preferred position in our career portal and fill in the mandatory fields in our application form. Upload your application documents (CV, certificates, etc.) and let us know in a few sentences what appeals to you about the advertised position and with what motivation you are applying for it. After sending the application, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt.
 

Review of the documents

Your application will be reviewed by the HR department together with the respective specialist department on the basis of the documents submitted.
 

The selection process

The selection process depends on the position advertised and the respective requirements. We use online or telephone interviews, personal interviews, test procedures, case studies, second interviews with a tour of the plant and an introduction to colleagues and the workplace. After the interview, you will receive feedback from us on the status of your application within a few days.
 

The decision

The chemistry is right on both sides? Then we will be happy to provide you with an employment contract to sign. In the event of a rejection, we will be happy to offer you a feedback meeting by telephone.

Onboarding

Welcome to our team! On your first day at work, you will be welcomed by your manager, introduced to your team and get to know your workplace. It is especially important to us that you feel comfortable and that you are able to familiarize yourself with your job. For this reason, there will be a feedback meeting with your manager at the end of the probationary period or within the first few months.
